Russell H. Diamond is an American politician and businessman who has served as a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 102nd District since 2015. Before holding public office, Diamond owned Raintree Multimedia, a CD and DVD duplication company based in Annville, and worked as a truck driver. In 2005, he launched PACleanSweep, a political action committee. He represents parts of Lebanon County and currently resides in Annville, Pennsylvania.
