Russell Joe currently serves on the Issaquah City Council. He previously served on the council for eight years from 2000-2007. His professional experience includes working as a municipal prosecutor and a Pro Tem Judge for the Issaquah Municipal Court. He has also worked in government affairs and municipal relations. He holds a J.D. from the University of Colorado Boulder and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University.
