Russell P White

Russell P. White is a Republican State Representative for Maine's House District 13, currently serving his first term since December 2024. He represents Ellsworth, Fletchers Landing Township, Waltham, and Central Hancock. A U.S. Air Force veteran, serving from 1985 to 2011, White has a professional background in healthcare talent acquisition and holds four Associate Degrees. He is married with two children. Committed to serving his constituents, he has thanked President Trump for actions to protect the Gulf of Maine and called for revoking offshore wind permits. He is assigned to the Taxation Committee and is seeking re-election in 2026.
