Ryan A. Bizzarro is the incumbent member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for District 3, a position he has held since 2013. A lifelong resident of Erie County, he serves as the House Democratic Policy chairman. Bizzarro earned bachelor's degrees from Edinboro University and a master's degree in public administration from Gannon University. Prior to his election, he worked as a victim/witness coordinator for Erie County and as a behavioral health specialist.
