Ryan Schwertfeger

Ryan Schwertfeger is a dedicated public servant and community leader based in New Jersey. He currently serves as the Public Information Officer and Office Supervisor for the Borough of Roseland, overseeing communications, emergency alerts, and the borough’s digital presence. A graduate of Waynesburg University with a political science minor, Ryan is known for his persistent community involvement, notably his 12-year effort to establish a dog park in his hometown of Oakland, which earned him a "Hometown Hero" award. He believes in the impact of local government and has a background with the New Jersey Republican State Committee.
