Ryan Swinburnson

Ryan Swinburnson grew up in Whatcom County and is a graduate of Blaine High School. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Washington University in 1996 and a law degree from Willamette University College of Law in 1999. He has worked as an attorney for over 23 years, with experience as a prosecutor for the City of Pasco and in the Benton County Prosecutor's Office. He founded his own practice, Swin Law LLC, in 2002, where he focuses on criminal defense. In March 2024, he was appointed to the Blaine School Board to fill the vacant District 4 seat. He has also served as legal counsel for public boards in Morrow and Benton counties.
