Sakinda Skinner is an attorney and public servant running for the Democratic Central Committee in Legislative District 23. Representing Prince George's County, Maryland, she brings a strong background in social justice to the Democratic Party. She earned her law degree from the UDC David A. Clarke School of Law in 2012 and spent years working as a Supervising Attorney with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender.
