Sally P. Kerans is a Democratic member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives representing the 13th Essex District. She graduated from Danvers High School (1978), earned a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (1982) and an M.P.A. from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. She previously represented the 13th Essex District from 1991-1997 and was the first woman to represent Danvers; she has volunteered with the Danvers Historical Society and the Danvers Finance Committee.
