Sam Park is an incumbent Georgia State Representative for District 107, serving as the Minority Caucus Whip for the Georgia House Democratic Caucus. Sworn into office in January 2017, he is an attorney by profession and also serves as General Counsel for Positive Impact Health Centers, a leading nonprofit dedicated to addressing the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Georgia. His legislative priorities are reflected in his committee assignments, which include Appropriations, Ethics, Higher Education, Industry and Labor, Intragovernmental Coordination, Rules (Ex-Officio), and Technology and Infrastructure Innovation. He is seeking re-election in 2026.
