Samir Ahmed

Samir Ahmed is a Democratic candidate running for the Montgomery County Democratic Central Committee At-Large in Maryland. A 16-year-old community organizer and youth advocate, he aims to become the youngest elected official in the state's history. His platform focuses on increasing transparency and inclusivity within the Democratic Party to better reflect the diversity of its voters. Ahmed's experience includes serving as the Vice Chair of the Maryland High School Democrats and as a Block Captain for the Montgomery County Democratic Party. He has also been involved in various political campaigns, serving as a Campaign Aide for Debbie Spielberg for County Council and as a Field Director for Mukunda for Maryland.
