Samuel Kahl

Kahl previously spent six years with the Maryland State Highway Administration before joining the Harford County Department of Public Works to coordinate major road improvements and secure grant funding. He also served as a Public Information Officer for Harford County. Kahl's campaign platform focuses on maintaining low taxes, managing development, and protecting rural open spaces.
