Sandra Celedon is the President and CEO of Fresno Building Healthy Communities, a coalition of community and faith-based organizations. The daughter of Mexican immigrants, she grew up in the unincorporated community of Calwa and graduated from Roosevelt High School before earning a degree in public health from Fresno State. Previously, she served as a program manager at Clinica Sierra Vista and was vice chair of the Fresno Commission on Police Reform. She is running for State Assembly in District 31.
