Sarah Adams is a mental health professional who works as a program manager for Compass Health, leading a team of trauma therapists for children. She has two children in the district and has been an active volunteer, serving on the Citizens' Facility Advisory Committee and as co-president of the Cathcart Parent Organization. Adams was appointed to the school board in August 2022 to fill a vacancy and ran for a full term in November 2023. She has also served as the school board's liaison to the Snohomish Education Foundation Board.
