Sarah Perry is the incumbent for King County Council, District 3, first elected in 2021. Before holding office, she worked for over 30 years in the non-profit and government sectors, including roles as Executive Director at Eastside Housing (now Springboard Alliance) and Sr. Director of University Initiatives at Seattle University. She studied transformational leadership and political science at Seattle University and Ohio State University. Perry is a long-time community volunteer and has been recognized for her civic engagement and organizing work. She has lived in Issaquah for over two decades.
