Scott Cepicky

Scott Cepicky is an incumbent Republican State Representative for Tennessee's House District 64, seeking re-election in the 2026 Primary. Born in 1966, he is a cattle rancher with a B.A. in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a former professional baseball and football player. As Chairman of the Education Instruction Subcommittee, his legislative focus includes education, where he has advanced bills for student recess time and the Presidential Fitness Test.
