Scott Barger is a businessman, former radio host, and pastor serving as the incumbent Pennsylvania State Representative for District 80. Born and raised in Altoona, he earned degrees from Grace College and Grace Theological Seminary. After 15 years in the ministry, Barger managed his family's business and hosted a talk show on WRTA. He assumed office in December 2024 and serves on several committees, including Commerce and State Government. He resides in Hollidaysburg with his family.
