Scott Hollenbeck is a conservative activist running for re-election to the Carroll County Republican Central Committee in Maryland. He was previously elected to a four-year term on the committee by Republican voters in July 2022. Beyond his official party leadership role, Hollenbeck serves as the President of the South Carroll Republican Club. In this capacity, he actively works to build a pro-life and pro-Second Amendment grassroots movement throughout southern Carroll County. A longtime political organizer, Hollenbeck first gained regional attention in 2000 when he organized a firearm raffle to raise funds and defend Second Amendment rights.
