Scott Janney is a Republican candidate for Pennsylvania State Senate District 18 in 2026. An Evangelical Presbyterian minister and the Director of Gift Planning for the Salvation Army's Eastern USA Territory, Janney holds a Ph.D. from Temple University. His platform focuses on fiscal conservatism, school choice, election integrity, and public safety. He previously served as a local Republican committeeman and is the Vice Chairman of the Wesleyan Holiness Connection.
