Shannon Dare Wayne is the Mayor Pro Tem of Milan, Michigan, and a Senior Manager in Global Quality at Ford Motor Company. She has served on the Milan City Council for over four years. Wayne holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University and degrees from Lawrence Technological University. She also serves on the Michigan Technological University Board of Trustees and as an adjunct professor. She is a candidate for the Michigan House of Representatives for the 31st District.
