Sharon Jensen was appointed to the Oak Harbor School Board in January 2023 and subsequently elected in November 2023. She works as a finance and human resources manager for CONE Architecture. Jensen holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Washington and has nearly 20 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, and hiring. She is the parent of four adult daughters who attended Oak Harbor schools. Her community involvement includes the PTA, co-chairing the Citizens for Better Schools Campaign, and volunteering for the Miss and Mr. Oak Harbor Scholarship programs.
