Sharon Schirman is the incumbent for City Council Member No. 3 and currently serves as the Deputy Mayor. She began her service on the City Council in 2022. A native of Shelton, Schirman's family has roots in the community dating back to 1889. She is a graduate of Eastern Washington University and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where she achieved the rank of Captain.
