A third-generation resident of Millwood, Shaun Culler has served on the City Council since being appointed in 2007. He graduated from University High School and holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a master's degree in business administration from Gonzaga University. His professional career includes eight years as an electrical engineer at General Dynamics/Itronix and his current role as a senior patent agent at Colby Nipper PLLC, which he joined in 2009.
