Sheli Moore

Sheli Moore is the current Chairman of the Blaine-Birch Bay Park and Recreation District 2 Board of Commissioners. She ran unopposed for Position 2 in the 2021 election. As a commissioner, she has been involved in decisions regarding property acquisition, budget approvals for park maintenance like pickleball courts, and reviewing reports for park development. She has also actively engaged with the City of Blaine on behalf of the district to advocate for the development of an interconnected bike and pedestrian trail system between Birch Bay and Blaine.
