Shoney Qualls is a fifth-generation Oklahoman and former U.S. Marine, having served from 1988 to 2011 after graduating from Durant High School and earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma. A longtime conservative activist, he co-founded Oklahoma’s first statewide Republican Men’s Club convention. He is running for the Oklahoma State House to defend freedoms, make living affordable for families and employers, and put Oklahomans first. His policy stances include fighting skyrocketing property taxes and insurance costs, opposing policies that punish homeowners and job creators, pushing for cost-of-living relief, and supporting congressional term limits.
