Sophia Bailey Warren is a Democratic State Representative for Maine's District 124, currently serving her third term. Warren began her legislative career in 2020 as an independent, later switching to the Democratic Party in 2021, citing the partisan system's challenges for independents. She is known for her focus on energy policy and consumer cost reduction, and is notable for being the youngest legislator ever elected from Scarborough. Warren is now seeking election to the Maine State Senate, representing District 30, and is on the ballot for the Democratic primary in June 2026.
