Spencer Harris

Spencer Harris is the Chief Financial Officer/Strategy Lead for the Southeast Washington Service Area of Providence Health & Services, which includes Kadlec Regional Medical Center. He was appointed to the Kennewick Public Hospital District Commissioner Position 4 in March 2024. Prior to his current role, which he started in December 2015, he was the Physician Practice Controller at Kadlec and spent 12 years at Kennewick General Hospital as the Controller and Financial Analyst. Harris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Utah State University and a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University. He is also a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional.
