Stanford Fraser is a Democratic candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates, District 24. A nine-year public defender in Prince George's County, he has represented thousands of clients. He is a graduate of Howard University and Harvard Law School. Fraser has testified in Annapolis on key police reform legislation, including efforts to ban no-knock warrants and require body cameras for officers. An active community member, he is involved with organizations such as 100 Black Men of Prince George's County and Rise Prince George's County. Fraser resides in Landover with his wife, Michele, and their son, maintaining deep roots in the community he seeks to represent.
