Stanford Fraser is a Democratic candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates, District 24. A nine-year public defender in Prince George's County, he has represented thousands of clients. He is a graduate of Howard University and Harvard Law School. Fraser has testified in Annapolis on key police reform legislation, including efforts to ban no-knock warrants and require body cameras for officers.
