Stephanie S. Jang

Stephanie S. Jang immigrated from South Korea 42 years ago and raised her children in Palisades Park, New Jersey. She began her public service on the Board of Education in 2007 and has served as a Councilwoman for the Borough of Palisades Park since January 2021. A Republican, Jang ran for Mayor of Palisades Park in 2022. She holds a B.S. in Marketing and International Business from NYU's Stern School of Business and a Master of Divinity. Her professional background includes roles as a math teacher, college admissions officer, educational director, and independent educational consultant. She has expressed a commitment to tirelessly learning and listening to residents.
