Stephen J. Wood, a Republican State Representative for Maine's House District 92 (Greene and Sabattus), is serving his sixth non-consecutive term. He sits on the Joint Standing Committee on Inland Fisheries and Wildlife and the Engrossed Bills Committee. A 20-year United States Navy veteran, Wood worked as an Aviation Hydraulic Technician before becoming a Master Maine Guide and sporting camp owner. He is active in his community as a Free Mason, American Legion member, and with the Maine Professional Guides Association. Wood resides in Sabattus with his wife, Jean, and they have three children and three grandchildren. He is running for reelection in the 2026 Primary Election.
