Steve Evans

Steve Evans is the current Mayor Pro Tem for the Town of Knightdale and is running for re-election after serving on the Town Council for four years. Professionally, he is the Director of Community Development for Smithfield Foods, where he focuses on community development strategies in areas like affordable housing and small business economic development. He is an alumnus of North Carolina A&T State University, where he majored in Business Management. He has over 24 years of community development experience and resides in Knightdale with his wife.
