Steve Green is a Republican candidate running for Worcester County Commissioner in District 4, Maryland. A longtime resident of Berlin, Maryland, Green was elected to the Berlin Town Council in 2022 to represent District 1. Outside of his public service, he works as a newspaper editor and has deep ties to the local community. Green earned degrees in communications and political science from Loyola University Maryland. His extensive civic involvement includes serving on the boards of trustees for Worcester Preparatory School and Stevenson United Methodist Church, as well as serving twelve years on the Atlantic General Hospital Foundation Board.
