Steve Whitaker has served on the Milton City Council for eight years and has been the Mayor Pro Tem for the last two years. A resident of Milton for 20 years, he is retired. He earned a bachelor's degree from Washington State University in 1982 and a graduate degree from City University in Tacoma in 2001. His community involvement includes serving on the executive board of the FME Chamber of Commerce and as president of the Milton Police Foundation.
