Steven Leibowitz is a Brewster resident and information technology consultant serving on the Brewster School Committee and the Brewster Affordable Housing Partnership Committee. A graduate of UMass Amherst (journalism-political science) and Northeastern University (master's in education), he is a Cape and Islands member of the Massachusetts Democratic State Committee and a longtime Democratic state convention delegate. He ran unsuccessfully for the 1st Barnstable seat in 2018. He is an active food-security advocate and the only Cape Cod member of Project Bread's Make Hunger History advisory board.
