Suzi O’Byrne

Suzi O’Byrne is a Commissioner for the Coal Creek Utility District, serving in Position #2. She is a retired 911 Supervisor from the Bellevue Police/Eastside Regional 911 Communications Center, with over 30 years of experience working with public safety departments. A Puget Sound native and a resident of Newcastle for over 45 years, she has a history of community volunteer work, including serving as a Parks Commissioner for the City of Newcastle from 2007 to 2011. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Washington and has received FEMA Emergency Management Training.
