Tackey Chan is a Quincy-born attorney and Democrat who has represented the 2nd Norfolk District in the Massachusetts House of Representatives since 2011. Before his election he served as General Counsel and Legislative Director for State Senator Michael W. Morrissey (1995–2007) and as an Assistant Attorney General in the Attorney General's Office of Ratepayer Advocacy (2007–2010). He earned a B.A. in Politics from Brandeis University (1995) and a J.D. from New England School of Law (2003), and is Of Counsel at Boyle Shaughnessy Law.
