Tadeo Saenz Thompson migrated from Mexico at the age of fourteen. His career has focused on supporting children and families, particularly within the immigrant community. He has held various leadership roles, including Director for Northwest Regional Director for Hispanic Affairs of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, an executive at the Oregon Child Development Coalition (OCDC), and CEO of the Washington State Migrant Council. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Portland and an Associate of Arts from New Mexico Military Institute. He also holds certifications in Fiscal Management from Cornell University and Non-Profit Management from Notre Dame University, among others.
