Tamara Stramel is a candidate for Pierce County Charter Review Commission, District 1 in Pierce County, Washington — 2025 General Election. Running as Nonpartisan.

Tamara Stramel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield. Her early career was spent working with at-risk and incarcerated youth. As a military spouse, she helped reestablish the Family Readiness Group for the USS Shoup. After settling in the Lake Tapps area, she has been an active community volunteer, serving on her local PTA board and helping to organize the campaign for the Sumner-Bonney Lake School Bond, on which she now serves on the Oversight Committee.
