Tamika Lyles is a U.S. Air Force veteran, educator, and nonprofit founder. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's of Science in Law. Lyles has experience teaching in Florida public schools, teaches civic engagement at Lynn University, and founded Standing Heroes for Average Workers, a nonprofit assisting working families. She is running as a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives to represent Florida's 16th Congressional District.
