Tanya Miller, a dedicated public servant and accomplished trial attorney, is a Democratic candidate for Attorney General of Georgia in 2026. She currently serves as an incumbent Georgia State Representative for District 62 and chairs the House Democratic Caucus. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University, Miller began her legal career as an undefeated homicide prosecutor and a federal prosecutor, earning a reputation for fairness and results. She is running to be "the people's lawyer," committed to protecting Georgians from fraud and corporate abuse while upholding the rule of law. Miller's vision is a safer, fairer Georgia where justice is guided by principle, not politics, and she seeks to be the state's first Black woman Attorney General.
