Tarinna N. Terrell

Tarinna N. Terrell is a Democratic candidate seeking election to the Maryland House of Delegates to represent District 28. Her professional background includes service in the U.S. Army and a role as a congressional liaison for the Department of Defense, where she gained experience in federal government operations. An entrepreneur, Terrell is the owner of TNT Financial Services, providing financial expertise to clients. She is also the founder of the Tarinna N. Terrell Foundation for Children with Special Needs, a non-profit organization focused on community advocacy and support. Terrell earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration in 2011 and a Master of Science in public administration in 2013, both from Strayer University.
