Taylor Collins is an incumbent Republican Iowa State Representative for District 95, first elected in 2022. He is seeking reelection in 2026 on a platform of conservative priorities including tax relief, public safety, and education policy. As chair of the Iowa House Higher Education Committee, he has advanced legislation on tuition caps and civic education. Collins also serves on multiple other committees. Outside of the legislature, he is the executive director of economic development for the Greater Burlington Partnership and helps manage his family's farm in Mediapolis.
