Telisa Franklin

Telisa Franklin is a dedicated community leader and lifelong Memphian, running in the Democratic primary for Tennessee House of Representatives District 96. With decades of experience uplifting Tennesseans, she focuses on mentoring youth, supporting small businesses, and assisting seniors and families. Her mission is to make government work for the people, campaigning on critical issues like safer neighborhoods, stronger schools, more affordable living, and accessible healthcare for every Tennessean. Dr. Franklin also organizes the Memphis Juneteenth Festival and produces "I Love My CommUNITY" Magazine, demonstrating a leadership rooted in love, integrity, and action for her community.
