A Raleigh, North Carolina native, he earned a B.A. from North Carolina A&T State University and a J.D. from the Howard University School of Law. With over twenty years of experience supporting youth and families, he serves as the Administrator of Operations for the Maryland Department of Human Services. An education advocate and father of three, including two children in special education, Clegg is focused on safe schools, academic excellence, special education resources, and taxpayer accountability.
