Terri K Cooper

Terri Cooper is the incumbent Mayor of Medical Lake, first elected in 2021. She has lived in the area since 1973 and is a graduate of Medical Lake High School. Cooper earned a master's degree in public administration from Eastern Washington University. Her career in municipal government spans over 25 years, including serving as a court administrator in Medical Lake and later as a Cheney Municipal Court commissioner for 20 years. She is the co-founder of the humanitarian aid group Restore Hope and ReImagine Medical Lake, an organization focused on tourism.
