Terry K. Williams

Terry Williams was born in Rutland, Vermont, and lives in Poultney, Vermont. He graduated from Poultney High School, served in the Vermont Army National Guard from 1973 to 1979, and then as a commissioned armor officer from 1979 to 2004, retiring from active duty in 2004. He earned an associate degree from New Hampshire Technical College and a B.A. from Regents College in Albany, New York. His career experience includes working as an automotive technician and as the Vermont state deputy game warden. He served as vice chairman of the Poultney Selectboard and as a member of the Rutland Regional Planning Commission.
