Terry Lerma is a resident of South Kitsap since 1995. He retired from the U.S. Navy in 1999 after 20 years of service and has served as an emergency management specialist for Naval Hospital Bremerton. His experience includes being a volunteer fire officer and an emergency medical technician. In 2017, he was recognized as the SKFR Volunteer Officer of the Year.
