Theodoros "Ted" Kazakos is the incumbent judge for Seat 3 of the North Carolina 31st Judicial District. He received a bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University and a J.D. from Wake Forest School of Law. Before being elected to the bench, Kazakos was an assistant district attorney in Forsyth County. He has served as a judge since 2014.
