Thien Ho is the Sacramento County District Attorney, elected in 2022, and a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in California's 6th Congressional District. Born in Vietnam, his family fled to the United States as refugees. Ho began his career as a prosecutor in 1998 and joined the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office in 2004, where he notably helped prosecute the Golden State Killer. As DA, he launched initiatives addressing homelessness and fentanyl trafficking.
