Thomas Kutz is the incumbent Republican representative for the 87th District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, assuming office in 2023 [1.3]. A lifelong resident of Cumberland County, Kutz grew up in the Mechanicsburg area. He graduated from Grove City College and earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. Prior to his election to the state House, he served on the Lower Allen Township Board of Commissioners and worked as a policy director for the Republican caucus in the Pennsylvania Senate.
