Thomas Lemoine moved to Gig Harbor with his family in 2011. His career in the fire service included roles as a Firefighter/Paramedic, Engineer, Engine Captain, Truck Captain, Training Captain, and Acting Battalion Chief. He has experience with specialized teams such as Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) and Emergency Medical Services (EMS). He has also taught at a local junior college, mentoring future firefighters and paramedics. Lemoine is also a small business owner. He and his wife, a Nurse Practitioner, have two adult children.
